By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. bu77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active bu77 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bu77 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts without prior notice, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold funds pending investigation. Account Information Accuracy

Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep their account details up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds. bu77 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account information, including losses resulting from an inability to recover account access due to an outdated registered phone number.

3.1

General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bu77 are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been completed in full. Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Strategies

bu77 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets that cover opposing outcomes to reduce risk during a wagering requirement period (known as "bonus hedging"), exploiting a technical error or software bug to generate bonus credits, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, bu77 reserves the right to suspend the player's account and conduct a full account review before releasing any funds.

5.1

Suspension by bu77

bu77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where bu77 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has provided false or misleading information; the player's account has been used for fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited purposes; bu77 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory instruction; or bu77 reasonably suspects that the account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Upon account suspension, pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending investigation. bu77 will communicate the reason for suspension to the player via the registered email or phone number where permitted by law.

5.2

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their bu77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bu77 will process any outstanding withdrawal requests before closing the account, provided no active investigation or compliance hold is in place. Players who wish to self-exclude from bu77 for responsible gaming reasons may do so via the self-exclusion tool in account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods are binding for the duration specified at the time of activation and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

Platform Availability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bu77's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their bu77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bu77 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the bu77 platform.
